Payment Information
Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the “My Orders” section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates.
Yes, we offer complimentary delivery within Nairobi for all orders exceeding Ksh15,000/- (Kenya Shillings Fifteen Thousand). For orders below Ksh15,000/- in Nairobi and all orders outside of Nairobi, a delivery fee of Ksh360/- per box applies. For more information, please check out our Delivery Policy.

We will provide a full refund or credit note if:
- You received a defective item.
- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
If you encounter any of the above issues, you must return the product for a full refund, credit note, or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused state. Please retain the receipt emailed to you or included inside your package.
We will not accept a return request resulting from a change of mind or the picking of a wrong product from Medocal Limited. We recommend you inspect your order as soon as it is delivered, as we cannot accept returned products that have been opened or used unless they are defective.
Items should be returned within 48 hours. Any products you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
At Essential Lab Care Limited, we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The delivery timelines for your purchase are as follows:
- Nkubu,Meru:
- Same-day delivery for orders placed by 1 PM.
- Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered by midday the next day.
- Greater Meru Area:
- Orders will be delivered by midday the next day.
- Rest of Kenya:
- Delivery within 48-72 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation on your mobile phone with the order number. If you do not receive the order number, your order has not been confirmed by our system. Confirmation will also be available on the website under the “Your Orders” section.
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery rider will contact you to confirm delivery. For upcountry deliveries, these will be made by our courier partners.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed. If this occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone.
